I work closely with my clients to create a custom botique experience with a three step process beginning with a Consultation and Planning session prior to the session. We meet to discuss your needs, ideas and expectations for your portraits, we review specifics such as products and plans for the finnished portraits, ideal location weather that's my cozy studio, your home, a park or the city streets, as well as clothing and accessory options and the time of day that works best. Fed and rested children, beautiful morning or late evening light, naps and activity schedules are all factors we will consider when designing your portrait session.
The day of the session is all about having fun and being relaxed. I schedule one session per day which creates a relaxed environment that allows us to take our time and get to know eachother. If we need to take a break for a snack or just a breather, that's all factored into the day. Sessions typically take about an hour to an hour and a half, even the most cooperative subjects get tired of being infront of the camera eventually.
Last, about two weeks post session, we meet at the studio for a private image presentation and ordering session, where you are able to view your gallery of images and I assist you in creating your portrait art, from wall galleries and canvases to albums and gift prints, we will find the package to suit your needs.
I truely enjoy creating a stress free, happy and enjoyable experience for my clients, as well as getting to know each individual personality and each family's unique dynamic. I love to see those personalities shine through the protraits I create.
